Each person wants to optimally function as a human being within a safe space.

Each person wants to feel valuable.

Unfortunately, life happens, and our stories sometimes take a twist that was unwanted or unpredicted.

This has an influence on our behaviour, our self-perception, and the way we think and feel about other people.

Can you associate with one of these statements?

I don’t know myself anymore.

I feel depressed and don’t know how to get out of this hole.

I feel anxious and frustrated.

I am not good enough.

I am worried about finances.

I feel overwhelmed.

My perfectionism is causing issues for myself.

I use alcohol to numb reality.

I do have a dream, but don’t know how to let that happen.

I am unhappy and don’t want to continue like this.

I want better relationships.

I don’t know how to handle loss.

People do irritate me easily.

I know I am running away from my issues, because I don’t know how to handle the emotions.

I pretend not to have any problems, because I don’t know how to handle it.

I feel used, fatigued, overwhelmed and alone.

I know that I must overcome fear.

I am constantly worried.

I am an overthinker.

I don’t know how to say no.

I don’t have a purpose in life.

I struggle with decision-making.

I experienced a past traumatic incident in life.

The same things are constantly causing stress in my life.

The process of grief is overwhelming.

During some sessions we will work on a practical level and find new ways to handle issues. However, all negative (and positive) experiences are stored in your subconscious mind. These stored experiences and feelings do have an influence on your behaviour, thoughts, and emotions.

Dr. Engelette Kruger is trained to facilitate “Multi Level Neuro Processing”. That means that during sessions, we work on more than one level to process stored experiences.
